We take great care and attention with every order you place. Subtle creases dust or minor scratches come as part of the service at no extra charge to you. If we feel that there might be an issue with anything at all, for example the image quality, the proportions of an image or that your image may benefit from some minor enhancements, then we will call you to have a quick chat about how we could proceed and what you would like to do. The most important thing to remember is that we will not go ahead and print until we are satisfied that you will get the best result from your image and that you are happy with any changes that have been made. We can also repair old photos and make them look new, combine multiple photos to create a family portrait, use photos from mobile phones, from facebook, email or cd. Whenever we make any changes to your image we will email a design for your confirmation. Among our customers are people who travel from Middlesbrough, New Marske, Saltburn, Marske, Brotton, Loftus, Ayton, Stokesley...... All over Redcar and Cleveland, Teesside and even as far up as Darlington. We can also post your canvas out to anywhere in the UK free of charge. Once your order has been received at our end we will take a quick look to make sure everything is ok. If everything is cool we will then email you an invoice to make your payment. If there are any problems with your image we will get in touch via email or phone within 24hrs to talk through them with you. If there are any major changes or design elements that you have requested then give it a couple of days before you check your email for your new designs. Once everything is ok and ready to print we will crack on with making your final canvas and have it posted out to you first class within 5 working days.
