Order processing

1. All payments are made via PAYPAL, PAYPAL offers secure payment and is simple to both set up and use but remember YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to complete a transaction!
   
   
2. Redcarurbanarts.co.uk will endeavour to dispatch your goods within 24 hours from when you place the order (working days only - excludes Saturday and Sunday). Most goods are delivered to you within 5 days but please allow up to 15 days.
   
   
3. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received. If payment is made via Cheque or e-cheque (Paypal) it is our policy to allow funds to clear before the goods are dispatched.
   

Delivery

1. redcarurbanarts.co.uk cannot guarantee the delivery time of any goods ordered once dispatched. However, all goods will be insured in case they are lost in transit.
   
   
2. The postal system does not consider parcels sent via standard mail to be 'lost' until twenty-five working days (which excludes Saturday's and Sunday's) after dispatch. redcarurbanarts.co.uk cannot replace or refund any goods dispatched until the postal system declare the goods lost.
   
   
3. redcarurbanarts.co.uk reserves the right to upgrade your method of shipping, without additional cost to you.
   
   
4. All shipping charges are based on the weight of the goods ordered
   
   

Refunds

1. There is a £5 handling charge included in the price of all orders. This charge cannot be refunded.
   
   
2. Shipping costs are not refundable once goods are shipped.
   
   
3. The return shipping cost will be made by you, unless if it is because of our error.
   
   
4. Refunds cannot be made until the products have been returned.
   
   
5. Refunds can only be given on damaged goods when we cannot supply an identical replacement.
   
   
6. Refunds will be made within 7 - 14 days of receiving your return
   
   

Exchanges

1. We do not exchange damaged products for alternative products we only supply a like-for-like replacement.
   
   
2. You must apply for an exchange within fourteen days of receiving your order.
   
   
3. Any goods you want to return MUST be in resalable condition
   
   

Privacy Policy We never store the details of any credit/debit cards in any of our databases or in the databases of businesses providing hosting for our website. We store both the billing details (when provided - PayPal Express Checkout suppresses these details), and the delivery details of each online order, so as to be able to process that order and handle any future enquiries. We may also contact you via email or post with information relating to products or services that we feel may be of use to us. If you would prefer not to receive this information then you can be immediately removed from our distribution list by contacting you. We will not pass on your information to third parties unless required to do so by law.

Out of stock products

1. You can place orders for goods that are not in stock if you wish. We will notify you at the time of order processing that the goods are not in stock.
   
   
2. You will be required to make payment for a pre-order item, as soon as the restock arrives we will notify you and dispatch the goods immediately.
   
   
3. If out of stock products are cancelled or discontinued by the manufacturer, then the order will be cancelled. If this happens, you will be notified by email
